Send your drawing, BOM or idea — we reply with a practical Box Build scope review.
We support procurement and quality teams by separating company-level qualification information from project-specific Box Build evidence. Send your questionnaire, required review topics and the intended product scope. We will identify which items can be answered from current records, which require project definition and which are not applicable or not yet available.
We do not fill gaps with invented certificates, customer names, performance data or facility claims. A transparent not-applicable or pending response is more useful than unsupported assurance.
Qualification support can cover the organization and contact path, complete Box Build responsibility model, manufacturing-resource relationship, scope-review process, change and deviation workflow, record approach and applicable current documentation. Projects can be produced under ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 certified manufacturing systems, stated as text and supported according to current verified availability.
How enclosure, PCBA, harness, integration, testing, configuration and handover responsibilities are defined.
How established resources support inputs while the complete Box Build remains under one coordinated scope.
Incoming status, first-unit review, in-process checks, system test, exceptions and release records.
Which company-level or project-level documents can be supplied, with sensitive content controlled as appropriate.
Blank or illustrative structures can help your team evaluate how a future project may be documented. Available structures can include a scope and responsibility review, build instruction, functional test report, serial or traceability label, packaging checklist, ECO or ECR log and production handover index. These are templates, not evidence from a customer program.

Understand how inspection, test, serial, change and handover records can connect across a Box Build.
Qualification should test whether the proposed supplier model matches the actual product. Our Box Build process connects scope review, NPI, material readiness, mechanical and electrical integration, configuration, system testing, change control and final handover. The responsibility matrix and approved project baseline provide the thread across these activities.
Send the supplier questionnaire, required document list, review deadline, confidentiality constraints and a short description of the intended Box Build scope. We will confirm what can be provided, whether a document requires a defined project context and which requests need further review. Qualification support does not itself constitute a quotation, audit approval or acceptance of project requirements.
Ask about supplier qualification information or use the RFQ checklist to prepare a production scope.
Have a BOM, assembly drawings, enclosure CAD, harness requirements or test procedure? Send what you have. We’ll confirm the Box Build scope, identify missing information and outline the next step before quotation.
