Send your drawing, BOM or idea — we reply with a practical Box Build scope review.
We coordinate enclosure, approved PCBAs, internal harnesses, purchased components, electromechanical integration, system testing, labels, records and final packaging as one complete-unit scope. The responsibility matrix states which inputs are customer-supplied, which we coordinate and what remains outside the delivery.

The released BOM, approved-source information, supply responsibility and revision status provide a common baseline across mechanical, electrical, software and packaging inputs. We coordinate their readiness without publishing supplier identities or presenting every upstream asset as our own.
Part identity, source approval, revision, quantity, incoming status and shortage ownership.
Assembly state, configuration, test release, serial identity, records, accessories and packaging.
Review cadence, working language, response owners, drawing and file exchange, ECO handling and deviation approval are agreed for each program. Decisions are recorded against the applicable revision and affected units. Time-zone coordination can be planned, but this page does not promise a universal communication or response schedule.
A controlled NPI and pilot build validates fit, route, assembly sequence, test access, configuration, labels and the customer approval path before repeat production. Open risks and redlines remain visible until they are resolved or accepted by the designated authority.
Incoming, first-unit and in-process checks are selected from product risk and project requirements. Finished-unit testing follows approved procedures and limits. Serial, configuration, test and exception data can be associated and delivered in the agreed format. See quality and traceability.
Packaging specification, destination, Incoterms, logistics, customs documentation and product or trade-compliance responsibilities must be confirmed for each project. We prepare the agreed handover package but do not make a universal claim about export eligibility, duties, taxes or delivery time.
The model may fit products that benefit from coordinated regional inputs and can support clear remote engineering decisions, controlled revisions and an NPI approval loop. The decision should consider product complexity, supply-base fit, total landed cost, communication, intellectual property, regulatory responsibilities and schedule risk. China is not automatically the lowest-cost or lowest-risk answer for every project.
