Turnkey Box Build Assembly for OEM Products

We integrate the enclosure, approved PCBAs, internal harnesses, electromechanical hardware, firmware, labels and packaging into a finished unit. One accountable workflow carries the build from scope review through agreed testing, documentation and delivery.

Send the package you have. We will separate confirmed requirements from missing inputs before quotation or production release.

01 / Accountable delivery

One Accountable Box Build Workflow

A complete Box Build succeeds at the interfaces between mechanical parts, electronics, wiring, software, verification and delivery requirements. We coordinate those interfaces against one approved scope instead of treating each input as a disconnected purchase.

The result is the agreed finished assembly, tested and documented to the project requirements—not an unverified collection of parts.

The scope defines accountability

  • Customer-supplied and coordinated material responsibilities
  • Approved drawings, BOMs, software and test revisions
  • Assembly, inspection, hold and customer approval points
  • Records, accessories, packaging and final delivery condition

02 / System boundary

What We Integrate Into the Finished Unit

Your product definition sets the boundary. We integrate the approved mechanical, electrical and delivery inputs needed to create the specified finished unit.

Enclosure and hardware

Chassis, covers, brackets, panels, fasteners, inserts, seals and other approved mechanical parts.

PCBA mounting

Approved PCBAs installed with controlled fit, spacing, grounding, thermal interfaces and connector access.

Internal harnesses

Approved cables and harnesses routed, retained, labeled and connected with defined strain relief.

Interfaces and COTS items

Displays, switches, fans, power supplies, DIN-rail items and other purchased components integrated to the product definition.

Firmware and configuration

Approved releases and settings loaded when they form part of the agreed production scope.

Labels and packaging

Unit identity, accessories, documentation and protective packaging completed for the required handover condition.

03 / Delivery sequence

From RFQ Package to Tested Delivery

The route is configured to the product, but every project makes scope, readiness, material status, integration, verification and handover visible.

See the seven-stage process →
  1. 01

    Scope review

Confirm the product definition, responsibilities, exclusions, revisions, acceptance criteria and delivery condition.

  2. 02

    NPI planning

Plan material readiness, assembly sequence, first-unit learning, fixtures, risks and customer decision points.

  3. 03

    Build preparation

Coordinate approved enclosure, PCBA, harness, COTS, labels and packaging inputs before release.

  4. 04

    Assembly

Install and connect the mechanical and electrical elements through a controlled integration sequence.

  5. 05

    Test and configuration

Run the agreed inspection, power-up, functional and configuration steps against defined criteria.

  6. 06

    Handover

Complete serial, test, deviation, accessory and packing records required for delivery.

05 / Controlled output

Verification, Configuration and Handover

Finished-unit verification is defined by the approved procedure and acceptance criteria. We can coordinate power-up and functional checks, load approved firmware or settings, apply serial identity and assemble the agreed record and packaging set.

The depth of testing, traceability and documentation is agreed per project. Production can be carried out under ISO 9001 · IATF 16949 · ISO 13485 · ISO 27001 · ISO 45001 · ISO 14001 certified manufacturing systems, presented as plain text without certification logos.

08 / Scope questions

Frequently Asked Scope Questions

The answers below describe the working model. The approved project scope remains the authority for each build.

Where does your responsibility begin and end?

We define the boundary during scope review. The agreed scope can cover input coordination, assembly, finished-unit verification, records, packaging and delivery, while exclusions and customer approvals remain explicit.

Can we supply PCBAs, harnesses or other parts?

Yes. Customer-supplied and coordinated items can be combined in one build when ownership, incoming status, revision and shortage responsibilities are documented.

What do you need to perform functional testing?

Provide an approved procedure, interfaces, limits, expected results, fixture responsibilities and data-retention requirements. We only claim the tests included in the agreed scope.

Can you start with an NPI or pilot build?

Yes. An NPI or pilot plan can be used to confirm build readiness, first-unit learning, test readiness and the approvals needed before repeat production.

How are engineering changes handled?

A change is reviewed for affected material, drawings, work instructions, firmware, test steps and completed units. Work can be held until the authorized decision and effective point are recorded.
