This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or submit a request for quotation (RFQ), how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.
Who we are
This website is operated by Turnkey Box Build, a box build assembly and integration operation based in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China (4th Floor, Building 101, No. 6 Fenglan Street, Luquan District, Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China), serving OEM customers worldwide. For any question about this policy or about the information you have submitted — including access, correction or deletion requests — contact us at sales@turnkeyboxbuild.com. Turnkey Box Build is the controller responsible for the information you submit through this site.
What we collect
- Contact and project details you enter in the RFQ or contact forms: name, company, work email, country/region, project stage, quantities, requested scope and any description you provide.
- Project files you choose to upload (for example BOM, drawings, Gerber/ODB++, CAD, test procedures) or link to.
- Basic source information attached to a submission, such as the page it was sent from and campaign/referrer parameters (e.g. UTM values), used to understand which content led to an enquiry.
We do not ask for special-category personal data. Please do not include it in free-text fields or file names.
How your submission is processed
Form submissions on this site are transmitted and delivered to us through Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, which forwards the message and any attachments to our project inbox. Files and messages are therefore processed on Formspree's infrastructure in transit. We recommend reviewing Formspree's own privacy terms for details of their processing.
Why we use it
- To review your project, identify scope and prepare questions or a quotation.
- To contact you about your request and, if you become a customer, to deliver the work.
- To improve the relevance of our content based on which pages generate enquiries.
We rely on your consent (given when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your information or use uploaded project files for any purpose other than reviewing and responding to your request.
International handling
Our quotation and manufacturing review may involve production team members located in different countries. Your submission and files may therefore be viewed or processed outside your own country solely to respond to and, where applicable, fulfil your request. We limit access to the people involved in your project.
Retention
We keep enquiry information and files only as long as needed to respond to your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then delete or archive them. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted, or withdraw consent for future contact, by emailing sales@turnkeyboxbuild.com. If you prefer not to send files through the form, ask us and we will arrange an alternative.
Cookies and analytics
This site is a static website and does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are used only in aggregate to understand page performance; no analytics data is used to identify you personally.
