One Box Build Scope, Supported by Established Resources

Turnkey Box Build is the product-level coordination and delivery point for the complete assembly. We integrate the approved mechanical, electrical and software inputs, test the finished unit to the agreed procedure, and deliver the records and pack-out defined in the project scope. Established group resources support upstream PCBA and cable harness inputs without turning the engagement into separate, disconnected orders.

PCBA Manufacturing Resource

OurPCB is an established group brand supporting approved PCBA inputs. For a complete Box Build program, we coordinate board identity, revision, supply status and the interfaces needed for mounting, connection, configuration and final system verification.

The Box Build boundary

This site focuses on the board after it enters the complete unit: mechanical fit, connectors, grounding, thermal interfaces, harness connection and finished-product test.

Cable Harness Manufacturing Resource

Cloom Tech is an established group brand supporting approved cable harness inputs. Within the complete build, we coordinate harness part and revision, endpoint definition, route, retention, labels and the checks required after installation.

The Box Build boundary

The focus here is internal system installation and verification rather than a stand-alone cable order.

Enclosure and Mechanical Inputs

We coordinate the enclosure, chassis, brackets, panels, hardware, gaskets and other mechanical inputs required by the released product definition. Supplier identities are not published on this page. The Box Build scope instead records approved sources, revisions, supply responsibility, incoming criteria and the interfaces that must be controlled during enclosure integration.

How Scope and Quality Stay Connected

A responsibility matrix establishes who supplies and approves each input. Released BOM and drawing revisions, incoming requirements, first-unit checks, functional test criteria, deviations and engineering changes stay connected through the Box Build workflow. The required records and association to a unit or batch are defined in the project quality plan.

Certifications and Project Documentation

Projects can be produced under ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 certified manufacturing systems. This wording describes the systems supporting production; it does not state that Turnkey Box Build itself holds every listed certification. Certification and project documents are provided according to scope and current verified availability. We do not display certification marks, certificate numbers or scans on this page.
